Recommendations for Ensuring Safe Delivery

In certain regions, such as the Philippines and Middle Eastern countries, the postal service may not deliver packages directly to your home. If your package is delayed, we recommend checking with your local post office. It may be necessary to personally collect your parcel.

For deliveries to Middle Eastern countries, including a P.O Box number in your shipping address is advisable, as this can facilitate the local post office in notifying you upon the arrival of your package.

Additionally, if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the postal service may hold the package at the local post office. If your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please inquire at the post office to prevent the parcel from being returned to us.
