01 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships. Customs clearance, holidays and local postal services can cause delays.

02 Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is based on your destination country, the total weight of your order and the method you choose. Weight is rounded up to the next rate step (for example, 2.94 kg is charged as 3 kg).

03 Package Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also find it in My Account > Order history. To track your parcel, enter the number at 17track.net.

04 Tips for Safe Delivery

• In some regions, such as the Philippines and Middle Eastern countries, the postal service may not deliver to your door. If your package seems delayed, please check with your local post office – you may need to collect it in person.
• For Middle Eastern countries, adding a P.O. Box number to your shipping address helps the post office notify you when your package arrives.
• If no one is home at delivery, the package may be held at your local post office. Please collect it within the holding period so it is not returned to us.

05 Customs and Import Taxes

All international shipments go through customs in the destination country. We do not mark packages as gifts or declare lower values; all items are declared at their actual purchase price.

Import duties and taxes depend on your country's rules and are paid by the recipient. Exception: USPS shipping to the USA already includes import duties.
