My order was returned to you, but I didn't request a return. Why did this happen?

There are a couple of common reasons why a package might be returned to us:

1. Invalid Address: If the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the carrier might be unable to deliver your package.
2. Unclaimed from Customs Office: If your package required customs clearance and was not claimed from the customs office within their specified timeframe, it may be returned to us.
